We specialize in on-site record retrieval to retrieve your documents, Timely and Accurately.

If you have a project that requires title or legal research and need accurate reports, let us do the retrieving for you. Many retrievers don't understand the records needed and can delay retrieval(s) or purchase the wrong document(s), costing you valuable time and money. We have traveled to courthouses all over Texas and are familiar with retrieving many types of documents and records. We retrieve records in a timely and precise manner in order for you to meet property closings, court hearings and project deadlines.

We offer priority service in Harris and Ft. Bend counties and will travel to other counties on an as needed basis to meet your project deadline.

Retrievals are 48-72hrs for most local records and 5-7 days for off-site.
Certified copies and some records can take 10-14 days.
